CASA DEL MAR | WALK TO SHOPS + NIGHTLIFE + GAME GARAGE

Welcome to Casa Del Mar, your home base for experiencing the very best of Port Aransas. Located in the heart of Old Town, this coastal retreat puts you within walking distance of local restaurants, shopping, live music, bars, coffee shops, and all the island favorites that make Port A so special. Leave the car parked and explore the island like a local. Old Town is one of the most sought-after areas of Port Aransas because of its easy access to dining, nightlife, shopping, and entertainment.

The oversized air-conditioned game garage is designed for friendly competition and unforgettable family nights, featuring ping pong, foosball, darts, a TV, comfortable lounge seating, and plenty of space to gather after a day at the beach. Whether you're watching the game, hosting a tournament, or letting the kids hang out while the adults relax upstairs, this space quickly becomes everyone's favorite part of the house.
